So prototyping was pretty successful. I learned a lot of things about both the Skyward 150 design and the challenges of rendering it in 3D printed ABS plastic.
I originally started this project at the request of DC. She is interested in astronomy, saw my telescopes, and wanted one of her own. I knew it had to be fun, easy to use, and also a decent instrument with real capabilities.
Time to get started!
She wanted pink and black and I confirmed what she liked in the Fusion 360 software.
