The Skyward 150 telescope design still didn't have a dust cap, so I set out to fix that. Then I remembered how I had previously modified dust caps to have an aperture mask capability that toned down the brightness of the moon so it wasn't so blindingly bright. Then I recalled how useful Bahtinov masks are for focusing... so I got ambitious and design a cap that could serve all three purposes.
The circle at the top is the aperture mask. The other three quarters will function as a Bahtinov mask to make it easy to achieve perfect focus.
These four plugs complete the dust protection feature.
And now it's off to the printer to get a test fit!
